“Easy Fry” is the ideal mix for crunchy breading or batter for meat, fish, or vegetables! “Easy Fry” contains type “0” wheat flour, potato starch, rice flour, semolina, and salt. Ready to use! “Easy Fry” contains no preservatives.

Advice for use:

Recipe for breading: Dip your pieces of meat, fish, or vegetables into a lightly beaten egg. Pass them into Easy Fry coating both sides.
Working in batches, fry into preheated hot vegetable oil at 180°C

Recipe for batter:
In a bowl pour 100 g of Easy Fry and 150ml of very cold beer or sparkling mineral water.
Whisk together, cover, and let it rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Coat all sides of your pieces of meat, fish, or vegetable with the batter.
Deep fry into preheated vegetable oil at 180°C
