The tarallo, a typical Apulian product, has ancient peasant origins and is born from the union of simple and genuine ingredients such as flour, water, oil and salt. With its characteristic ring shape with small dimensions (about 3.5 cm) it has conquered the tables of all Italy, occupying with time also an important space in the new trends of the third millennium. To the traditional recipe, natural spices have been added to obtain tasty variations.
