With “Easy Pizza” you can easily make your Neapolitan pizza at home. “Easy Pizza” is made with type “0” wheat flour, rich in flavor and aroma, dehydrated sourdough, and salt. All you need to add is water. With “Easy Pizza” you will be able to make the typical Neapolitan pizza with a well-developed “Cornicione” and with an intense flavor and aroma. “Easy Pizza” contains no preservatives.

Ingredients: Soft wheat flour type “0”, sourdough and salt.
Portions: 4 round pizzas 200gr o 2 pizzas in tray 400gr



Advice for use:
Add 270-300 ml of water to “Easy pizza”
Mix by hand or with an electric mixer until the dough becomes homogeneous
Place the pizza dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 1 hour
Next divide the pizza dough in 200 g pieces to form panetti for round pizza or 400gr for pizza in tray.
Cover the “panetti” with plastic wrap and let them ferment at room temperature for 6 hours
Cook the pizza in a preheated oven at around 250°C – 482°F
