This monocultivar extra-virgin oil is borne from olives harvested in the Bari area, and is favoured by lovers of freshness, who seek balanced flavors and enchanting aromas. The small-batch production run is limited in bottles and exceptional in quality. The 12-hour harvest-to-production turnaround time maintains the rich and balanced organoleptic characteristics of the oil. This oil presents a medium fruitiness, a green-golden colour, and rich hints of almond, artichokes, tomato and roquette. The 0.03 acidity rating affords a well-balanced bitter and spicy profile. To be drizzled on salmon salads, bruschetta, vegetable and legume soups and roast meat.
