NINI & DELUCA is committed to offering excellent products accompanied with great service. Part of that promise includes how you receive your package. Although we inspect and carefully package each item, there is a possibility of spoilage or damage while in transit. For these unfortunate events, NINI & DELUCA guarantees your satisfaction by either sending you a replacement, a substitute, or, if you wish, a refund for the item. Our pledge is to make sure you have enjoyed your experience with our family. If you are not, we want to know.
Please contact us first about your complaint to get approval and return instructions before returning any item. If an incorrect address has been submitted to us the customer will be held liable if their order is returned back to us. If this situation occurs the order will be processed as a return and the order will be refunded minus the shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. Any perishable orders that have been damaged because of a return will not be refunded. Please be attentive when your orders go out and be sure to always track your package as it ships.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Item must be returned in original condition, and unopened. Returns must be sent out within 14 days of receiving your order.
